Gunstock ski area is especially known for its many intermediate runs, panoramic views of nearby Lake Winnipesaukee, and its extensive night skiing offerings. In addition to alpine skiing, the area also offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snow tubing, and a mountain coaster. The complex is owned by Belknap County and is not part of any major multi-resort pass networks.
