There is no classic ski resort on Monte Bianco, also known in French as Mont Blanc. From La Palud near Courmayeur, the Funivia Sky Way Mont Blanc cable car takes guests up to Punta Helbronner in several sections. It is strongly recommended to have a guide with local expertise. From Punta Helbronner, guests can also continue with a group cable car to the Aiguille du Midi above Chamonix.
