The Sjusjøen ski area, which only opened in 2003, is located about 20 km east of the Olympic town of Lillehammer. A six-seater chairlift, a platter lift, and conveyor belts provide access to the ski runs. In addition, there is a connection to the extensive network of cross-country trails in the region.
